Problems to Analyze

P1.1 Gill uses the internet to research various communities and also for their ideas and feedback on the problem which is probably better because it is more updated and a wider variety of information.

P1.2 According to the book this type of learning refers to easy and rapid communication and access to expert resources and information not locally available.

P1.3 People e-mail feedback to the teachers instead of students so the teacher can preview the information first and make sure it is suitable and important for the students and the project.

Problems to Solve

P2.1 Larry uses the Internet for this project because it is easier and reliable means of communication for the students. It is also great for the children to get comfortable with the Internet especially if their going into journalism because that will be a significant part of their career.

P2.2 This online activity is known as easy sharing of information and work products.

P2.3 Larry researches and locates people for the students to interview because he knows them and feels comfortable that they are suitable and responsible enough to deal with students. Larry must also feel that the people he chose are reliable and will present positive feedback to his students.
